Anyone who has set foot inside a store over the past 18 months or so knows that the pandemic has created a shortage of certain goods. Interestingly, though, the list of hard-to-get items seems to be ever-changing from month to month. First, toilet paper disappears from shelves. Then, it returns — and new cars are in short supply. Eventually, toilet paper once again becomes scarce.
