Save time and outsource your business finance organization for the tax year! Clients have two payment options: 1. Retainer- Amount equals 3 months of recommended monthly bookkeeping package based on number of transactions. Hourly rate - $50 per hour Services rendered once the retainer is exhausted will be billed monthly. 2. Hourly - $75 per hour; 4 hours minimum deposit ($300) before services begin.
To schedule service: 1. Email info@gipfinancials.com 2. Enter "notary services" in the subject area. 3. In the body include the customer's address and preferred date and time of service. An email confirmation and invoice will be sent to you after your email request. Payment required before service is rendered.
For every document that requires a notary seal. ID is required.
Mileage will be calculated with Google Maps from the notary's office. Mileage fee is $0.575 per mile (IRS 2020 mileage rate).
